Hosting Conversations | Embodying Change

What is the Art of Hosting?
An Opportunity to participate
in a training geared toward
understanding the connection
between personal and
community benefit.

An Event where you and your
colleagues have
meaningful conversations
that lead to action.

An Exploration of both the
“knowns” and “unknowns”
about leadership, collaboration and community. We’ll learn and
practice together.

You are invited…

to a three-day intensive to explore participatory practices and hosting essential conversations that lead to shifts at all levels: from the kitchen table, to the classroom, boardroom, and town hall.

In this training, you will learn about specific methodologies for engaging yourself and others in conversations aimed at helping us take thoughtful action together. Along with core methodologies, you will learn mental models and strategies for leading collaborative work and dive deep into learning about how to make change in ourselves, our organizations and our communities. This workshop allows time for deep personal reflection where all change starts as well as tools for hosting collaborative conversation. We’ll spend our time in conversation about what we know and what we still have to learn about making meaningful change.
Come ready to challenge your assumptions, be in deep conversation, and find new solutions for creating the change you seek in yourself, your organizations, and your communities – from wherever you are.
