The Athens County Foundation (ACF) is committed to a healthy, inclusive community where there are opportunities for all people and everyone is engaged. Using data from the Athens County Report, the ACF is in the process of improving its investment strategies to generate the greatest impact in our communities. We aim to promote Economic Vitality, Thriving Communities and Individual Health and Wellbeing.
For Fall 2017, the ACF will accept proposals to support programs that:
• improve quality of life for seniors,
• serve people with disabilities,
• promote health, safety, access and wellbeing for women and/or children
• build education success for children
• reduce carbon footprint
