| Grant Completion Form
|
Your grants completion report is due within one year from the date your organization receives your award letter. Please note that in order to be eligible to reapply for funds through the Athens County Foundation, previous grants must be closed out, which may mean submitting a final report in less than 12 months.
We moved all reports online! If you are looking to submit your completion form and did not receive a link from our system, please email us so we can share you the link. We appreciate your understanding as we undergo the transition into our new system! |
