An agency endowment is a simple and efficient way to build an endowment—and help create sustainability—for a nonprofit organization. Because it’s through the Athens County Foundation, the fund not only supports the organization but also provides planned giving and investment management services.
Donor-Advised Fund
A simple, powerful, and highly personal approach to giving
Establishing a donor-advised fund with Athens County Foundation is a way to stay actively involved by suggesting uses for your gift. You can work with staff to suggest grants from the fund – targeting the issues you care about most. Grants are made to organizations in the name of the fund (or anonymously if you prefer).
