Recognizing the value of leaders in our county has shaped our approach in recent years. We have intentionally invested in the people and organizations of Athens County, building upon their leadership, investing in their initiatives, and building intentional partnerships that are informed and bolstered by their expertise.

We have seen tremendous progress as a result: Actors in the county have collaborated on complex challenges and made meaningful and swift progress. ACF continues to grow in our role in creating a Co-Creation Model. It begins with forming connections based on trust, builds to fostering cooperation, and finally ascends to meaningful collaboration.
